Once he knew what the problem was, he immediately told me the cost of the part that needed to be replaced and that he would be able to have it shipped to him overnight. When he came back, replaced the part, the receipt, gave me the bad part and within 15 minutes he was done. Work guaranteed for 1 year. Couldn't be happier.

they got here at the time they said they would diagnosed problem ,got the right part the first time ,fixed it immediately Samsung Fridge works great know , will have them again for sure
