Terrible Customer Service

AAA fixed our sink last year and were nothing but professional and helpful. We called to have them fix our disposal and our appointment was lost or forgotten but certainly never entered in their computer. This resulted in me sitting in my house with my three-month-old child on the hottest day of the year without air conditioning all day, waiting for them to arrive. When I spoke to the person in charge of scheduling and was understandably upset, she was nothing but rude. I asked that the owner call me back and didn't hear from him. When I called back looking to speak to the owner, she went so far as to say it was my fault that I stayed in the home with my baby waiting for them. I insisted that the owner call me again. I will be calling every day until I hear from him as well as posting negative reviews online, not about the work of the plumber, but about the customer service. Also, their feedback form is broken on their website so I can't even submit this to them. Just wait for to speak to the owner who I will probably never hear from.

I'm not sure of the quality of their work, since after sitting around for an entire day they never arrived. After rescheduling for the following morning, again no plumber. At no time did anyone contact me to inform me the plumber would be delayed, I had to keep calling, when no plumber arrived, to find out that the plumber was involved at another job.
