They actually charged me less than the original estimate. The work was awesome, i love my new well and tank in basement now so no more freezing (not even last winter). water quality is great. they cleaned up after themselves and there was an owner there through the whole job if i had any questions. would definitely recommend them to family or friends.

Called and left message. Received a call back from Larry Gifford promptly. I informed him of the problem with the well/pump/location and he said he "could be right out there" (shortly before 2o'clock), "let me call you right back". Asked if he had any idea what time it may be when they would be able to come out. "I'll call you right back with that" Asked an approximate time, best guess.......

This company will get the job done just not always on a timely basis. If you have an emergency situation, go somewhere else. Calls are not...
