Service with a scowl. Owner or whoever works behind the desk belittles the handicapped when a person with special needs is in the store. We had a vacuum that had lost it's suction and took it to A-1 to get repaired. They had it back to us working in about a week. Unfortunately, since they returned it to us, the vacuum has been shredding belts on a weekly basis, which never happened before in over 5 years owning the vacuum.
