A very dishonest company. They co-operate with Pinoeer property management which shares the same building as them (very convenient to co-ordinate their repair "services") . My son moved into an apartment with dirty, filthy carpet. The complex refused do clean it and said we had to take it "as is". I called A-1 to ask them to clean as best as they could so that my son could feel good about living there. They did a fabulous job! You could hardly tell that the rug had not been cleaned in years! We had a plumbing emergency at our home and A-1 was the only company that was able to send someone out in the middle of the night to help us out. They did everything, extracted sewer water, set up fans to dry out floor,treated for bacteria and even replaced our flooring!! It is so convenient to be able to call ONE company to do EVERYTHING we needed!! If we ever need any type of maintenance on our home or want to add on, we are definitely calling A-1. Not only are their techs efficient but their office staff was so caring when we were going through such a horrible ordeal....
