Help us make it rightComments were made in the heat of anger. Was unable to modify or delete them. After thinking more on it, kitchen and bath tub were probably not good candidates for refinishing due to age/rust visible. In addition care instructions were probably not followed by tenant. So not sure if A1 Refinishers applications deserve all of the blame.
After reviewing beautiful before/after pictures on their website, I paid them to refinish an old farm style kitchen sink- $150 and an old soaker bathtub- $325 at a rental unit. Both are porcelain over cast iron. Both had areas around the drain where cast iron was showing vs porcelain a a few. nicks. After the refinish, I noticed some peeling within 2wks. Ended up calling them back twice over...
