We had been doing business with A-1 Pools for 7 years on an above ground pool. We moved away but recently moved back to West Bend and own a 20X40 in ground pool. A-1 Pools was called right away as we had no idea what to do. The pool required a new winter cover, solar cover and many trips to test water. We are always greeted with a friendly smile. Great service! We purchased a hot tub from A-1 in 2009. We have received excellent service throughout the years. As we do not live in West Bend, some of the support has been via phone and email. They are always very responsive and have done everything possible to answer questions without our having to come into the store.
