Delicious pizza, classy casual atmosphere, and such great service. Outnumbered by kids, we would t have enjoyed our meal half as much if it wasn't for the wonderful staff. The pizzas were all exceptional. Crispy yet soft on the inside crust with a slightly sweet sauce. The salami and red pepper complimented each other perfectly. The east coast was a nice simple bled of cheeses and sauce. And...

The carrot salad was fantastic. I would definitely get that again. The ricotta crostini was good. I could see why people seem to love it... but ricotta just ain't my thing. The pizzas were good, above average, but not awesome. Had the margherita and the sausage (with mushrooms instead of sausage.) Service was good. I saw a lot of young...

The elements of each pizza are so exposed that each ingredient HAS to be tasty to get away with their simplicity... and boy are those ingredients full of flavor! The combinations compliment each other too, all atop a chewy and delicious crust. Not only is the pizza outstanding and the wine list impressive, but the staff are incredibly friendly too. I'll be back...many times!

Just back from a delightful evening at Pizza Maria, where we enjoyed two delicious salads (the roasted carrot and the roasted beet ) and two pizzas ( a margherita and a sausage/mushroom). The salads in particular were unusual and absolutely delicious (I am trying to deconstruct so I can try to make them at home, the highest form of praise!).Lovely...
