I have been to a few shops in Troy,Albany and Watervliet this is a place I would recommend over any shop I've ever been to. Not only is her work absolutely beautiful she is very nice and I felt welcomed immediately. I rushed in at 830Pm (she usually closes at 8) and I did call before hand but told me to come in and I was completely finished by 10pm. I did wait about 15 mins for her to start...
