61 Local serves food and beer from local sources. The simple menu offers four tantalizing choices: hard cheese plates, cured meat plates (with Brooklyn-cured country pate), ricotta toast and soft cheese plates (3 pungent farmstead cheeses with roasted red grapes and toasted raisin walnut bread). All are washed down with local brews.
