I've lived here 10+years. The property was owned and managed independenty most of that time. About 2 years ago it was sold and is managed by Greystar. There have been 3 or 4 managers in that time,...

Never a straight answer regarding fix it issues. New property manager every six months or so. Pool has been broke since first weekend in June. Excuses are immeasurable. Sad that the tenants are NOT valued. At all. But dont be late on the rent.

Dont move here what ever you do. The place is falling apart, mold runs all over the place but on top of it all they will do little to fix it and then say its your fault and charge you for materials..... what a place @greystarproperties
