Even with few dining options on the North Shore, 5 Corners is a stand-out. We always enjoy the food here, but the service can be erratic, especially when they are busy. This time, we had to make requests for things like extra bread, drinks, an extra plate, more than once. Several times we saw waitstaff looking for something to do and making work by filling up the top half inch of water in the glass while we were waiting for plates to be removed or a drink order...

The food is the best on the North Shore, fresh, creative and the variety make it tough to decide on just one entree. The gelato and grappa make you feel as though you are dining in Tuscany. They have a wonderful selection of wines and top notch authentic Italian kitchen!! My husband is from Florence and he agrees; it's just like home.

I have been here many times and always love this restaurant. Our latest visit was perhaps the best ever. The food was excellent, including the skate wing, pate, steak frites, Brussel sprouts, beet salad, and special pork entrée. As always, the ambiance was perfect and the wait staff attentive.
