Remember the Maker's Mark Lounge 'Most Racist Restaurant in America' Lawsuit? It Was Likely Settled.

On March 13, Jefferson Circuit Judge Olu A. Stevens dismissed with prejudice Andre Mulligan's lawsuit against Fourth Street Live's Maker's Mark Bourbon House and Lounge and Cordish Operating Ventures. In the suit, filed on Dec. 19, 2012, Mulligan alleged that "officials from Maker's Mark [Lounge] demanded to know the 'ratio' of 'black people' to 'white people'" attending an event Mulligan was...

Quattro Bests Other Fourth Street Live Closures, Now Shutters for a Third Time

So that temporary closing of Quattro so it could "do a reset, a reassessment of how we should improve the way we run this business"? WHAS 11's Doug Proffitt posted on his Facebook fan page (1,010 likes!) that the closure was permanent:

I took a picture but can't post in reviews. The security guard Travis who was working upstairs was fantastic. My friend had way too much to drink & he helped me take care of her. He made sure she had water, carried her downstairs & out the the vehicle, she even threw up on him a little & he handled it with grace. I know I certainly wouldn't have lol. My night our have been so much worse without...

Nice place with many choices for dinner, drinks and dessert. We ate dinner at TGIF and got desserts from the fudgery. I am sure this place is a blast during the summer.

You don't have to travel all the way to Las Vegas to find a busy city street with plenty of shopping, attractions, and events. 4th Street Live in Louisville has been called the " Fremont Street " of Kentucky, with good reason. At over 350,000 square feet, 4th Street Live is centered conveniently in the heart of the city, is easily accessible from any downtown hotel, and is a mecca for those...

Club options are also varied, from the hip Marquee...

Fourth Street Live is the soul of a revitalized downtown Louisville. Dozens of dining and entertainment outlets under one huge roof mean there is always a crowd. On select nights, the section of 4th Street right outside is barricaded, a stage is put in place, and any number of rollicking musical acts bring the funk. Whether it's music, eats, drinks or dancing you're after, it can be found here,...
