Terrible customer service to the point of being very rude. I contacted them to ask one simple question about their warranty policy and they said, "no returns, don't buy from us." And that's all...

DOESN'T GET ANY WORSE THAN THIS!!! The new computer arrived with hardware defects so I called to exchange it. Called a number of times over two days. Needed to speak to different people who were not available and often the phone was just picked up and immediately hung up. I was told this was their last one so they didn't have a replacement. They also do computer repairs but this was not something they could repair. I was told I had to pay return freight & a 25% restocking fee! Of course, I questioned this... then a supervisor got on the line and said forget it, you keep it and hung up on...

Need to improve customer service, overpriced laptops and monitors, mostly refurbs. Despite this you can get "some" good deals. Watch it on their return policy.
