This was a nice friendly campground. The owner was a nice older man who was around everyday. The staff helped you park and made sure that everything was perfect. Each night "Cricket" sang songs by the campfire and made s'mores for everyone. The campground is within walking distance of the town of Columbia which is a well maintained and restored...

Beware! These people run a dangerous facility

I worked at this facility for over a year and can tell you first hand that they threaten your health and well being. There are NO fire marshall inspections of ANY of their buildings. Look for the required room capacity posting. There are none! The bathroom in the back of the big "Barn" dumps into a 55 gallon drum out...

We had some time off from work so we headed to the "gold country". This was the 1st and not the last time we'll stay at this campground.
