An immense, accomplished modernist restaurant on top of a skyscraper is not something you would expect to find in White Plains, but 42 is exactly that. A jazzier tapas concept, Bellota, occupies part of the space but has a very different atmosphere, but the same chef, the talented Anthony Goncalves.

Superb food, service and views!! I Highly recommend it!We had the special outdoor rooftop table they just opened, we were the first to enjoy it!! Breathtaking, open roof, candlelight and the tasting menu paired with wine!!
Truly a masterpiece! The chef came out to greet us and the staff was perfect! It was an amazing evening! Well done!

The ambience the view was absolutely beautiful all of the staff were professional and knowledgeable the chef out did hisself the seven course meal sophisticated & the drinks were spectacular..

Great food, love coming here because the view is truly incredible, the Moscow mule drink is down to a science However, I am a little upset that the bar was removed, the overall new renovations are very nice, I like coming here.
