Unprofessional, unfriendly, do not stand behind what they sell. Bought a tire and rim there, week later, tire was flat due to a hole. Road side assistance says the rim was so bent and the tire was irreparable. I hadn't hit or run over anything because I do not drive my car much as it is. Took rim and tire back to 4M Tires and they balked at me requesting a refund. Rather pay extra for great service and proper knowledge of tires, rims, and wheels.
Worst place to ever take your vehicle! This place is a huge rip off, if you pay by debit/credit card you're charged much more than if you pay cash. Also, I had them do a 4 wheel alignment and...
Do NOT GO Here..two separate occasions (month apart ) I purchased a tire and literally flat the next day! When i came back they said it was a nail and i literally drove less than 10 miles. I wish I had read the reviews about the mysterious "nails"before I went there . SHADY BUSINESS.
Bought new tires for my honda here a week ago and come in today due to problems controlling the car. They tell me that I have warped tires and when I point out I bought them here they tell me that I still need to buy new ones. Way to run a business. Never coming here again

I was leaving work and saw I had a nail in my front tire. I made it home okay but needed to get this repaired. I went to 4 M and they were very helpful. I showed them were the nail was and the serviceman fixed it right there. He did not have to take the tire off. Best of all, I did not have to wait like I probably would a a major tire store or auto dealership. I recommend you check this...
