I have (unfortunately) had to have two cars repaired at 395 Collision Center in the past year. Thanksfully they did an amazing job! The people I worked with were friendly and helpful. Charles, the assistant manager, even helped me move my stuff from my car to the rental in the pouring rain. My cars looked GREAT! You couldn t even tell where they had done the repairs.

these people are awful. they originally told me it would take 2 weeks to fix my car. it has been over a month and my car is still not done. i call them everyday, and they just ask for my number and tell me they'll call me back, but they havent called back once! I have to drive all the way there just to check the status, and its a different excuse everyday.

Prior to the huge snow store I had an accident. At the recommendation of my insurance company 395 was one of the companies I had to choose from. The were close to my house so I selected them.
