This apartment building is awful for the premium price they charge. First of all, the management does not really care and they will not accommodate you at all. They closed down all the balconies for '60-90' days without warning or compensation. On top of that, they did not even start the construction that they were going to do until 45 days into it. Now they are saying it will be till the end...

Do not sign a lease with this place. Don't do it. It will fill you up with so much hatred, you will wonder how you could possibly hate a company so much. I wish there was a way to give this place...

The maintenance workers are great! They are very kind and efficient in their work on the apartments. The office workers can be rude and the managers never took care of problems that my roommate and I had. We notified them multiple times about the same problem, and it was never taken care of. I do not recommend this leasing company!
