We had Three Guys tile our entire downstairs. The time estimate they gave us was completely off, so they began rushing the job because they had another one to get to. Hollow tiles became apparent within a few weeks. We were told that "sometimes this happens. No big deal." After a year and a half, tiles started popping, a dozen or so the first time. When we called them, they charged us to "fix"...

They did a great job on the laminate in my house. there prices were better than those " shop at home " places and they installed my floor 1 week after I ordered it. I have only good things to say about them.

They tiled our house and it looked beautiful, but once something went wrong, they have not honored their warranty. We have been calling for four months with no satifaction. They've told us that they subcontract the work out, so basically, I pay them, they pay someone else, and nobody wants to warranty anything since of course everyone is paid.
