So, I have a habit of losing things. I'm on my 4th cell phone in the last 6 months. Recently, I had to call These folks to return to my apt and repair a lock that I had stripped at 4am after losing my keys. Not only did he offer me a ""repeat customer discount"" of about 15%, but he also offered to write the receipt to include the first repair they did (on my dead bolt) which our landlord had ridiculously refused to reimburse (despite multiple emails and phone calls detailing the security concerns)... Anyway, this guy is incredible and I rarely give out 5 stars but he totally deserves it.

gonna be brutally honest here - they got here fast, charged me LESS then what I was quoted over the phone - from the operator to the locksmith that came to my apartment right after midnight - had all the right tools and knew what he was doing EVERYONE was smiling (well I didn't actually see the girl over the phone but she sounded happy...) anyway many thanks! who thought that getting locked out around midnight would be such a positive experience.

The gentleman who arrived at our location was very kind and curious. after I had met two locksmiths from this establishment I understood that their entire team is a winner! My last piece to you in this review is that I must say I have been through bad previous experiences with poorly trained locksmiths twice who simply ripped me off during the hard time I was having as it was, to finally find someone good.

I called this dude when i got locked out of my office - I told him he needs to get here fast as I did not want my boss to find out I forgot my office keys inside the office - this guy did not disappoint - came over in 15 minutes and did his thing. Thanks so much

The tech they sent was polite, helpful, proficient. If all the employees there are like him (certainly the guys answering the phone were great), they are fortunate indeed!
