This garage shop raised my rates without notifying us. An industry professional looked over our bill and confirmed that this company was hiding phony fees in our bill and essentially stealing from our company!!! I never write reviews but I want people to be warned about this company. When you call, most of the time there is no answer and when there is they give you the run around or put you on hold for too long to wait. If you are looking to protect your business and your money DO NOT deal with 1st Financial Merchants. 2 thumbs down! Way down!
I have been considering adding credit card processing to our business for awhile now--but have been hesitant due to a lot of hidden fees that a lot of these companies add on. These guys were recommended by a friend and I really like them. They have wonderful customer service and seem to be on top of things. I am giving them 4 stars right now---but if they keep up the good work, I might upgrade them to 5.
What a bunch of con-artists! Every good review was given on the same day!

Customer service was quick to respond to my requests. I am pleased with 1st Fiancial and continue to recommend their services to others.
RIP-OFF REPORT!! 1st Financial Merchant is a scam company! They should be reported! They are Thieves! They change rates and pricing and then take money out of your business account with no explanation!! MERCHANTS BEWARE!
CROOKS, SCAM ARTISTS, AND CON PEOPLE. 1st Financial salespeople are LIARS. This company will steal your money! They withdraw moey from you account and don't notify you.
