Help us make it rightThis popular tourist destination celebrates the historic year Colorado entered statehood in a rustic cowboy atmosphere adorned with aged wood, rusted iron, and slate. Despite the city setting it is definitely one of those "we-do-not-have-this-at-home" type restaurants. Choose from an array of classic dishes from the American West, including mouth-watering mountain bass, buffalo tenderloin and...
Office workers frequent this downtown restaurant in the Grand Hyatt for its international-style buffet.
We just ordered a few apps and drinks over a work meeting but the food was great and the service was wonderful
roasted chicken with asparagus and tomatoes and corn cakes is excellent. Butter apricot cake and ice cream--very nice!
The 'up scale' eating place at the hotel but it sure doesn't feel upscale. Initially offered a bare table in front of 3 tv screens. Reseated on ordering offered bread while I waited but for 20 mins none came. When it did no side plate. The braised short ribs wer fine but again no wait staff in sight to ask...
We frequented 1876, as we were staying at the Grand Hyatt. The staff was great! The prices were VERY reasonable, which is surprising for a hotel bar. The food was delicious! The Happy Hour was, by far, the best around! Definitely worth a visit.
My husband and I had appetizers and dessert here during a stay in Denver. The waitresses were very good and prompt. The food was also very good. I am usually suspect of restaurants in hotels but this one was really good. You won't feel like you overpaid and you will enjoy your food.

The date 1876 references the year of Colorado's statehood, and for dinner the menu shifts to a contemporary Western theme. Translation? Try the wild mushroom consomme with radish sprouts and...
