Well maintained with a pleasant and professional staff. Right above a new coffee shop, and steps from the Giant grocery store and CVS. The rent is equal to/ slightly lower than at comparable apartments in the area. (Many of the older buildings in the area just aren't as nice, so we thought that in the long term, the slight savings weren't worth it. ) Pets are very welcome. The residents...
