I'm surprised to be one of the first reviewing them. I used them twice already - a simple lock change, and now I had them replace my window locks which were rotting away. The whole interaction was pretty smooth all the way. I was quoted the exact amount I paid. Guy arrived on set time and did a good job for all i know. A friend of mine told me some awful locksmith horror story, so i thought it...

Freedom!!!! I finally was able to get a new key for the car that was sitting in my parents driveway for 2 years! I’m happy that I can go wherever my heart desires. And an important safety tip... car keys don’t drop in price.

gonna be brutally honest here - they got here fast, charged me LESS then what I was quoted over the phone - from the operator to the locksmith that came to my apartment right after midnight - had all the right tools and knew what he was doing EVERYONE was smiling (well I didn't actually see the girl over the phone but she sounded happy...) anyway many thanks! who thought that getting locked out...

Just fantastic

I called and within half an hour this adorable guy is at my door with a selection of great quality brand locks to choose from. he explained all of the options in a way I could understand and installed it for me right there on the spot. He then proceeded to check our bedroom lock (I live with a roommate who's a bit of the "worry" type so she's got a lock on her bedroom... anyways he re keyed her...

My daughter lost her keys and she needed help. She wasn't even sure where she was, but she told me the cross streets and that's all I knew.
