ZIMM Motors does not deliver on his vehicles

I purchased a BMW 745li from Zimm a month ago..... The second day after arriving, it would not turn on. The vehicle needed a new battery - the total bill was $500.00. A week later the vehicle would not turn on again. I needed several parts including a new starter. The total on this bill at $2000.00. the vechicle also came with tires that had chunks of the tire torn off. I had to replace the tires which were another $1500. After the first call I placed to Zimm. He said he would call back.... HE NEVER DID... and won't answer my calls. I've left him repeated messages to ask if he would help...
