A beautiful place to explore and get lost in the different gardens, especially the Japanese garden. Although I've been to bigger gardens like in Portland, Oregan and San Francisco, Ca this one will still be worth the trip. Weekday parking is free while the weekend is only $3's. They have clubs and garden classes you can join as well.

Zilker is a beautiful park. It is near Lake Austin. There are huge space in the park. Many trees and flowers. You can enjoying walking in the park during the daytime. There are many activities held in Zilker park, like food festival, music festival. A good place to go during the weekend. The only complaint is they charge $5 for parking, not free! When there is an activity, the traffice is jammed!
