We had our carpets done a few months ago, before we moved out..we scheduled a follow-up visit, and we decided to reduce the amount of work. No one told us there was a minimum charge (either on phone or when person came to house). We were charged $109, and did not get everything done we wanted, since we didn't know about the minimum. It was easy to get an estimate and appointment when calling.

I appreciated the service technician calling before arrival and the effort he put into looking over the space to clean before starting. He honored the estimate and was good about seeing if there may be other products or areas that I needed cleaning during the appointment.

I will say my experience was exceptional. I received a call from the tech when he was heading my way. When he arrived, we walked through the place and he let me know my payment options. He truly provided first rate service. As a retired military member with many ties to the military community, I will certainly really recommend this company.
