I used zerorez once. All the spots were back on 3 weeks. When I called to complain I was told "That doesn't normally happen." No offer to come back out or anything. Then she asked if there was anything she could do for me and hung up.

The service tech who came was on time and called before hand. He was very professional and kind. He sent me a message when he got close to finishing up. He did a terrific job. I would highly recommend zerorez to friends and family.
