I would give Zen 6 stars if I could. I had promised my 13 year-old son a new gaming computer for Christmas if he improved his grades, having absolutely no idea of what a gaming computer is. Received old parts when I paid for new parts on my pc. not only that they gave me bad service after leaving this negative feedback they threatened to hack my computer
