We waited 20 minutes and never got our food. Asked for a refund, didn't get an apology, the cashier shorted us a dollar or so on our refund. Left a review on Zaxby's website, the cashier called me at the number left TO PROTEST THE REVIEW, SAYING IT WASN'T POSSIBLE SHE SHORTED US! I told her the long wait and...
