I would highly recommend Zankou, the chicken is always just perfect and the portions are generous. The ethnic foods of LA are one of reasons that traffic is tolerable. We've been frequenting this great chicken place for more than 15 years. Before they started sprouting up all over Los Angeles, this was one of the originals. Who can say no to hot roasted chicken that melts in your mouth and that garlic sauce/spread stuff. Not sure why people would go anywhere else for roasted chicken. It's definitely the best.
