Dr. Kates is one of the most sought after in her practice.
She has a excellent bedside manner and is very knowledgable and caring. She will personally call a patient who needs to be checked on.
Since she likes to spend enough time with each patient, appointment times are likely to run late.

If you need an OB/GYN I would highly recommend Dr. Pearlman. He is a wonderful physician. He has an office in Owings Mills and Baltimore (at Sinai Hospital). Dr. Pearlman has a wonderful bedside manner and is a warm and caring individual. His staff is professional also and make you very comfortable.
