Zach's Outdoor Equipment has the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have called repeated for the past five days to find out when my 4K ""paid for"" mower is going to be delivered. I was told repeatedly that someone would call me back, but no one did UNTIL I posted a civil, negative comment about their customer service on FACEBOOK (which was immediately deleted by the owner). The owner called me and in an irate and belligerent voice said, ""You will have your mower tomorrow morning... and I don't want your business ever again... and hung-up!"" WOW, how's that for...
