Unfortunately I can't add pictures, but I asked for a simple balayage and I came out with a head full of neon orange/yellow hair. I cried when I got home. They did try and fix of free of charge, but I ended up dying it back brown from a box from Walmart. Now instead of my hair being brown and healthy, it's brown and dead AND I'm out $150.

Pam is fabulous! She has been instrumental in helping me get my hair in great condition again, is an expert sylist and colorist, too. If you want great color (that won't fade within a week), great haircuts and fantastic styling (and style tips), Z Studio is the place! I love your new space on Brookside, too.
