The lady at the front desk was VERY rude and even yelled at me when I didn't know which desk to sit at since there were about 10 empty ones with girls who look miserable just sitting around. The lady who did my nails wasn't friendly and the manicure lasted about 10 minutes. It was a sham compared to the kind of treatment you'd get anywhere else.
