I witnessed the Owner of this establishment yell and scream at another customer because the customer said that the order was incorrect. Well, stuff like that happens all the time and it is the responsibility of the staff or owner to fix the problem... the Owner and waitor/waitress is NOT suppose to yell at the customer as if it is the customer's fault!
