Machaca is my new favorite word. Stewed, stringy beef! In a burrito with some pinto beans. Warm flour tortilla wrapping it all up. About the size of a small envelope, not the rolled stomach bombs served up at Mexican McDonalds' like BJ Fresh. These burritos are tasty, juicy, small, and only $3.50 (something like that). Where else can you eat for under $5?

No they don't have chicken. The tiny shack/kitchen can only handle so many ingredients and cooking supplies, and pork is their specialty.
