Mr. Derwin Young and his crew (at least 7 guys) just left our home and did an excellent job! We had at least 30 trees ranging from small/med size pines and gumball trees to a huge (in width and height) popular tree. Each crew member stayed busy either climbing, cutting, hauling out, grinding, raking, cleaning up, etc... They arrived on time, were very pleasant, and immediately began work....even helping me move some yard items not related to their tree removal. Mr. Young also dug (with a hand shovel) and moved for me a small decorative tree we wanted to save. His prices were not the lowest,...
I called the office to find out about firewood prices and process. I had to call 5 times before I got an answer, but the lady was nice. She had Derwin Young call me back. He called me the next afternoon and we scheduled a time for firewood delivery. He never showed up and did not call either of the contact numbers I left. I have since called and left them messages at both their office and the number I have for Derwin and received no response. He said the wood is oak, the prices are good, but the service was a no call and no show. If anyone has a different experience I would like to...
