If you had a ring designed my our store a inspection should have been done when you picked up the ring. If there was a problem we would have been more than happy to fix it. I had a ring designed a few months ago, and upon inspection of it, the quality of the workmanship is very poor. The prongs are barely holding the stone on one side of the setting. I'm saddened and will look for another jeweler to correct the matter.
