The heating system was to be reviewed and serviced in preparation for the winter season.

I guess it was done properly and Mario told me it was up and running, BUT when I arrived at the house, there was NO hot water and no heat. The reset needed to be pushed and the system need to be started. It took me quite a while in a dugout under the porch to determine the reset was the problem!
