not sure what happened to the old place/review but it was deleted. This place is a hit or miss. You call to make an appointment at 8am for an oil change and it takes them 1.5 hours to complete and...

I absolutely recommend this dealership. The atmosphere is casual and there is no one haggling you. Ron Thomas was superb hands downs. I purchased a pilot. I will definitely recommend this car dealership to family and friends.

I just purchased a Honda from this dealership. The Bill Burke was very helpful even when there was another person there he was helping. The paperwork process went very smooth and Bill called to follow up to see if the bank received the paperwork for my loan. Will do business with them again.

Made an appointment 3 days in advance to have a tire replaced because of a bulging in the side-wall. When I purchased my car at a honda dealership less then 1 year ago, I bought into a tire and wheel protection insurance plan. The insurance will reimburse/pay for (on the spot) any authorized Honda …

Since posting my review I have heard from the senior manager at this dealer. He was appropriately apologetic, and had I complained when everything first happened I think he would have handled things accordingly. Don't deal with Gary Wagner at this dealership and you will be fine.
