The easy level of Ashtanga with Sheila kicked my butt 47 times and left me sore for days. It was fantastic - the class was packed, but still felt very intimate. The Yoga Loft is a wonderful place if you are looking to build strength, scuplt your body, and feel revitalized after a hard day of work; Ashtanga cleanses my mind, body, and soul. The studio is also great; it's clean, instructors are knowledgeable, and hours are convenient. You should at least try it once!

The teachers are really attentive and supportive. Exactly what I needed to become a dedicated practitioner of Ashtanga Yoga. On top of that, the facility really has a wonderful meditative vibe.

PROS: teachers, full showers!
