We are Yoga Garden birthday party fans !!

Hello, I wanted to write and let Kim and my pre-natal classmates know I gave birth to my son on Father's Day, June 17. I was focused, calm and armed with relaxation techniques. Thank you to Kim and the Yoga Garden for helping to make my pregnancy and birth experience so positive. I look forward to the mom and baby series in the fall. -Jessica C.
