Yoga for You is a dedicated yoga studio. All of the instructors are fully certified, ensuring a safe practice. Classes include gentle yoga, flow yoga, hot power yoga, yoga for healthy backs, yin yoga, iRest restorative yoga and Integral Yoga and meditation. In addition, we have an on-site massage therapist, a detoxifying far infrared sauna, and exercise clothing made in the Carolinas.

I have finally found a place where my child can be active without being competitive. Their YogaKids classes combine poses with nature, arts and crafts, and music. The kids have FUN!
