Wow this place is great it has different styles of yoga that you can practice. the instructors are really really great. No yoga snobs here. having just decided to get on the yoga band wagon i was looking for studio that i could learn at a pace that i could enjoy. when is first enrolled the very helpfull lady at the counter went over the different and diverse styles they offer. I would highly recommend this Yoga Center for those who haven't ever done Yoga before. I have tried Yoga a few other times and it always seemed like the starter classes weren't starter classes at all. I had a hard time following along and felt lost soon after the class started. This is the place to be for Yoga in the Twin Cities. The studio is beautiful and very relaxing. The instuctors are excellent and the variety of yoga offered cannot be beat. I have sampled many different kinds of yoga here and have been able to find my niche. Very Highly recommended
