They have a great gym, with basketballs already in the gym. Very convenient. They also have a very good track, pool, and exercise equipment.

We have been members for about 10 years and have many friends here. Not overpowering like many of the larger gyms but enough equipment during the day.

I have been a member of this gym for about 5 years. It was originally a corporate gym and was sold to the YMCA about 2 years ago.

This is a very comfortable place to work out-it is smaller than most gyms....
