I haven't had too much of a bad experience at St Paul Y. They're very quick to rectify faults and are very courteous. My kids went there this last summer for summer-power and had a great time. The staff was great, everyone. I think they go above and beyond for the kids. Thanks Marqueta and the others.

My daughter is signed up for a Friday and Saturday class. Several hours before the first class, they called to change the time...fine. Then when we arrived for the next class, the next day, there was a sign that said it was cancelled...no call to let us know. Also, the teacher was a half hour late for the first class. Very poor. I love the y, but was disappointed because I was stuck by a stick pin in the leisure pool this past Saturday. I think lack of proper swimming attire is the cause of this incident. Also lack of enforcing showering before entering the pool. If you post the people must use proper swimming gear on the wall, you should enforce that for everyone. Each staff member is, or seems to be, friendlier than the one I met before. The instructors are super nice. Fortunately I am able to take part due to my insurance with Medica.
