Downtown YMCA: old-fashioned comfort, central location, roomy, good classes--but recurrent MAINTEN

There are many good things about the downtown Y and just a few drawbacks. (I've been a member of this Y since it opened after a major remodel 6-7 years ago).(1) There is a wide array of classes, best of which, in my opinion, are the yoga classes, mostly clustered around the noon hour. A nasty gym!

it is the worst gym i ever join seriously it is dirty old equipment and oh the hours su$ks big time. i was swimming these morning the post indicate pool are open between 7am till 11:45 am on sat but than all the sadden the lifeguard scream that she has to be some place and decide to close it early :( it su$k big time! there are many gym around Seattle for half price with new equipment, better service and better hours.
