This is a top of the line place to work out, I found it here at the Hammond Branch YMCA. Love the staff, friends I made amongst the members here. WOW, They even have personal trainers here too.

Each YMCA reflects the community it's in, offering differing services based on the area. Most include fitness areas with aerobic equipment, classes and racquetball and tennis courts.
